Meeting 1: Presentation of Initial findings and Ideas
Excited to share my first post as we gear up for an incredible adventure: Ladakh 2024, slated for June! The anticipation is palpable, and it is surreal to realize how far we have come in thoroughly planning for this journey, spanning months, if not an entire year.
The enthusiasm and support pouring in only adds to the thrill. A special shoutout to Donald, Sunny, Jackie, Kamal, Romy, Kelly, Job and Manoj for their unwavering interest, and taking out special time from their daily schedule to sit down and discuss the specifics of our plan.
Today marked our inaugral meeting, which strethched to almost an hour of lively discussion. Each member was tasked with preparing and presenting data on their assigned topic, setting the stage for what will be the highlight of this year. It was an achievement in itself that as we delved into various factors crucial for our "Ladakh Expedition", unanimously agreeing that precise numbers will pave the way for a smoother trip. Of course, we could not escape a few "disruptors" who seemed determined to add some spice to our conversation ( I will not name, Manoj, oops ), however the patient lot of us managed to navigate through these anitcs and stay on track.
