Meeting 2: Discussing refined ideas.

Hello Team, 

First of all, I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for our recent gathering, marking our second meeting in this series. I believe it is important to reconvene every two weeks, so that we're all on the same page and filled with equal enthusiasm for the upcoming journey. 

It was encouraging to hear and see the quality of data presented by each member, perfectly aligned with our respective roles within the team.

Our meeting lasted a total of 90 minutes in which we managed to accomplish a great deal, setting the foundations for what seems to be a very successful plan coming along. However, we managed to digress quite often throughout the meeting.  

For those who missed the meeting (Romy), I have tried to include the most important points covered. 

1. Let's go about this trip with the environment in our mind i.e., environmental friendly choices only ( Thanks Job for looking after that). 

2. Everyone should be packing with the conditions of the mountains in mind. Do not overpack. 

3. The trip seems like it will last a total of 7 days. We are still working on a realistic schedule.

4. Medicines for most common health causes will be carried along with us. 

5. Safety deposits will start at the end of March. We are still deciding on a bank account to hold these funds. 

6. Hotels are yet to be finalised. I will be putting out the final stops shortly (Kamal and Romy can work on that). 

7. And most importantly, let's save as much money as we can, however this must not take precedence over enjoyment.
