 👉  Responsible for overall coordination and decision-making 

 👉  Ensure everyone is on same page regarding itinerary

 👉   Manage unexpected situations

2. Roma and Kamal: Hotel and Food 😏

 👉  Shortlist a number of hotels falling on our route

 👉  Pre-book hotels two weeks prior to trip i.e., 20 May, 2024 

 👉  Calculate entire cost for hotel and food for the whole trip and create a document to reflect the same. 

3. Manoj: Repair and Vehicle Booking 🥱

 👉  Conduct a through check of spare parts needed for the trip subsequently preparing a list of items needed. 

 👉  Coordinate vehicle booking bases on group size and feasibility.

4. Clifford: Accounts and Budgeting 😛

 👉  Develop a comprehensive Budget for the entire trip. Factors to consider are transport, accommodation, meals, fuel and contingencies. 

 👉  Maintain accurate records of all expenses incurred during the trip including receipts, invoices and payment confirmations. 

5. Kelly: Medical Officer 👮

 👉  Ensure everyone gets the medicine they need when facing symptoms of altitude sickness.

 👉  Responsible for serving out tablets proportionally where it is genuinely needed. 

6. Job Lee: Environmental Steward 🤩

 👉  Educate the group about "leave no trace" principles. 

 👉  Manage waste disposal and encourages responsible practices. 

7. Jackie: Team Morale and well being  😮

 👉  Help maintain positive group dynamics 

 👉  Organizes team-building activities. 

8. Naresh: Potential Driver 😜

 👉  Must drive safely with passengers safety number on priority

9. Sunny: Accounts Verifier🤔

 👉  Verify allocated costs and sign off Clifford' accounting document.
