The serious word, "Budget"

Howdy Team? 

I can finally share with everyone the numbers for the eagerly awaited budget outlook for our planned trip to the mountains this year. 

So, how did I arrive at these numbers? Well, after much of exploring the web, I have gained an idea of the rough charges for hotels, food and vehicle. I would not take this chart as the final word, however, it is crucial in giving us an idea at the total cost we can and must anticipate. So let's treat this as our template upon which we work. 

Any questions, input or further ideas can be discussed in our meeting scheduled for Sunday, 10 March, 2024. 

Breakdown: 

1. Oil - 10,000/car and 7000/bike. Total 24,000 rupees. 

2. Hotel: 10,000/hotel for 4 hotels. Total 40,000 rupees. 

3. Rental vehicle: 12,000/bike for 6 days @15,000 per day. 30,000/Car. Total 42,000 rupees

4. Food: 30,000 rupees

Final Figure - 1,36,000 ( One Lakh, Thirty six thousand).
