Time to get ready!!!

Hello Team Members, 

For all those who could not join in our meeting today, here are a few points discussed 

1. Vehicle:

We have decided on car we are booking ( Manoj has more details on that ). We shall come to the seating arrangement later. 

2. Accomodation:

I have been assured by Romy and Kamal that the hotels will be reserved in Manali ( I am sure they will share more details with us in due couerse). We will work on the next stop and reservation closer to the departing time.

3. Backpacks: 

It is wise to be as lightly packed as you can. The reason being, we will be working with very less space. We all have enough time, so it is best to start prioritising on things you want to carry from now. Again, all are allowed only one back pack. 

4. Mental Preparedness: 

I am not kidding when I say this is going to be a real test for us all. So it is best to start preparing ourselves for one of the most challenging trips so far ( Read more here ). That said, I am confident that it is going to be one h*** of an experience.
